1）水帘包冰衣机主要使用于冻结后的水产品，根据需要在冻结后的水产品表面镀一层冰衣，以保持水产品表面光亮且容易保持水产品内的水分不易流失；

2）水帘包冰衣工作原理：速冻后的水产品内蕴藏一定的冷量，在包冰衣机中循环有低温冷水（冷水的温度在0～1℃），在水产品到达包冰衣机中时，水产品内部的冷量迅速释放将包冰衣机中的冰水迅速冻结在水产品表面，从而达到包冰衣的目的；

3）水帘包冰衣机根据冻品不同，设计不同深度的水位；

4）水帘包冰衣机采用片冰（最好是片冰）或块冰来维持水温，不需要单独增加冷源；

5）水帘包冰衣机采用1套独立的水系统，用来水与冰的融合、循环以及实现上水帘。从而实现低温水循环以及水帘包冰的目的；

6）水帘包冰衣机配置有加冰冰筐水箱，便于加冰，在生产完成后将冰筐取出，可节约剩余的冰，而且便于设备清洗；

7）水帘包冰衣机与人工包冰衣比较具有包冰率稳定、包冰衣均匀、节约人力、节约水、冰等优点；

8）水帘包冰衣机所有管路系统均采用食品级快装管件，方便拆卸、清洗；

9）主要使用于一次包冰率不高的产品；

1.Ice package machine is mainly used for frozen aquatic products. A layer of ice will be formed around the surface of frozen products in order to maintain brightness and keep moisture of the products;

2.Working principle of ice package machine: quick-frozen aquatic products contain a certain amount of cold energy and low temperature cold water (0-1℃) circulates inside the machine. When products are fed to the machine, their cold energy will be immediately released to quickly freeze cold water on the surface of products so as to form a layer of ice; 

3.Different depth of water level can be designed according to different type of frozen products;

4.The machine uses flake ice (preferred) or block ice to maintain water temperature, so that additional cold source is not required;
